Privacy policy

This is an English translation of the Spanish política de privacidad, provided for convenience. If the two differ, the Spanish text prevails.

Summary

This website has no forms and no sign-up, uses no cookies, and carries no analytics and no third-party content.
To show you the page, the server uses your IP address only while the connection lasts. We keep no record of visits.
If you write to me, I use your email and your message only to reply.
I never sell or pass on your data to anyone.
You can ask me to see or delete your data at any time: privacy@anmabe.es.

2. What data we process

When you visit the website. To send you the page, the server receives the technical data your browser sends with every request: your IP address, the page or file it asks for, the date and time, and details of the browser (for example, its type and language). It uses them only while the connection lasts: this website keeps no access logs.
The Instagram counter. To show how many followers ANMABE has on Instagram and the latest videos, the page asks our own server for that data (anmabe.es/stats/), which gets it from Instagram separately. Your browser does not connect to Instagram or Meta, and nothing about your visit is passed to them.
If the server fails. If a request causes a technical server error, the system's error log may record that request's data, including the IP address, so that it can be fixed. This is exceptional, only the controller looks at it, and it is deleted automatically.
If you write to us at info@anmabe.es or privacy@anmabe.es: your email address, your name if you give it, and what you tell us in the message. Writing to us is voluntary; without your email we could not reply. Please do not send us sensitive data (for example, about health) that is not needed.
There are no forms, no sign-up and no comments, so we ask you for no other data.

3. Why, on what legal basis and for how long

Sending you the website and keeping it secure. Basis: legitimate interest in providing the website you visit and protecting it from failures and abuse (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention: visit data only while the connection lasts; error-log data, if there is any, until the system deletes it when the log is rotated.

Replying to your messages. Basis: legitimate interest in answering whoever writes to us (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or, if you propose a collaboration, the pre-contractual steps you ask us to take (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Retention: as long as needed to reply and follow the conversation, then at most 2 years from your last message. If the conversation leads to an agreement, we keep what is necessary for the periods set by law.

Handling your data protection rights. Basis: legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, together with arts. 12 to 22 GDPR). Retention: your request and our reply, blocked for the limitation periods (up to 3 years), so that we can show we handled it.

We do not use your data to send you advertising and do not subscribe you to any newsletter. We make no automated decisions and build no profiles.

4. Recipients and processors

We do not pass your data to third parties unless the law requires it.
Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany; server in Falkenstein, EU).
Email: mailbox.org (Heinlein Hosting GmbH, Berlin, Germany; EU), with data centres in Germany.
Both act as data processors under a signed data processing agreement (art. 28 GDPR).
If we change provider, we will say so here before using the new one.

5. International transfers

The data is stored in the EU (Germany) and is not passed outside it. Until 24 December 2026 the controller is on exchange in Canada and accesses it from there over encrypted connections; Canada has an adequacy decision from the European Commission for organisations subject to PIPEDA. After that, the controller lives in France (EU).

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability.
How: write to privacy@anmabe.es saying which right you want to use. We reply within one month at most. Since we keep no record of visits, usually the only data we hold is the messages you have sent us.
If you think we have not handled your rights properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Cookies and storage on your device

This website uses no cookies and no other technique to identify or track you. That is why there is no cookie banner.
It stores only one thing in your browser, and only for the visit: in its session storage (sessionStorage), the note «anmabe:intro», which records that you have already seen the opening animation so it is not shown again. It holds no identifier, never leaves your browser and is deleted when you close the tab. It serves to show you the website the way you ask for it (interface customisation), so it needs no consent (art. 22.2 LSSI).
Your browser also keeps a temporary copy of the website's files (cache) and the instruction to always use a secure connection (HTTPS). These are strictly necessary to show you the website securely, need no consent (art. 22.2 LSSI) and are not used to identify you.
We use no social media pixels, no third-party analytics and no device fingerprinting. The fonts, the icons and the formulas on the home page are served from our own server, and the website embeds no videos, maps or social media buttons.
Temporary exception: one older page hosted on this domain, /airehabilitation/, loads fonts from Google Fonts when opened, so Google receives your IP address; as far as we know, it sets no cookies. We are removing it and will update this section when it is gone.

8. Links to other websites

The links to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, the COPE website and other sites are ordinary links: those sites receive nothing from your visit until you click one. When you do, you leave anmabe.es, your browser may tell that site you came from anmabe.es (the domain at most), and that site's privacy policy applies.

The link to the book on Amazon is an affiliate link: it carries an ANMABE identifier so that Amazon can attribute the purchase. That identifier contains no data about you; what Amazon does after your visit is governed by its own privacy policy.

9. Security

HTTPS encryption, restricted access to the server and two-factor authentication on the accounts. If there were a breach likely to put you at high risk, we would tell you (art. 34 GDPR).

10. Changes to this policy

If something relevant changes (for example, if the website adds a form or third-party content), we will update this page and its date before applying it. If the controller changes (for example, when a company is set up), we will say so here.
