Legal notice

Legal notice of anmabe.es · Last updated:

1. Owner details (art. 10 LSSI)

The LSSI is Spain's Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Act.

2. Purpose

This website (anmabe.es) is ANMABE's personal website. It presents ANMABE's projects, studies, awards and media appearances, and links to ANMABE's social networks and to ANMABE Education (education.anmabe.es). It is informational and free: it has no sign-up and no forms, and nothing is sold through it (ANMABE's book is bought on Amazon). Its legal texts are published here, at boring.anmabe.es.

What data is processed when you visit it, and why there are no cookies, is explained in the privacy policy. ANMABE Education has its own legal notice (in Spanish).

3. Terms of use

4. Intellectual and industrial property

5. Liability

The content is informational. We review it carefully, but cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or that the website is always available. To report a mistake: info@anmabe.es.

6. Links

This website links to third-party sites, such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn or the COPE website. We are not responsible for the content of linked third-party websites. When you follow a link you leave anmabe.es, and that site's own terms and privacy policy apply. If a link leads to unlawful content, let us know and we will remove it.

Affiliate links. The link to the book «La Mente de la Casa del Árbol» on Amazon is an affiliate link: ANMABE takes part in the Amazon Associates Programme and, as an Amazon Associate, earns from qualifying purchases. You pay the same. It is marked as such next to the link.

7. Accessibility

We want anyone to be able to use this website. Our goal is to meet level AA of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2. It is a goal, not a certification: if something fails, we want to know.

If you find a barrier, write to info@anmabe.es with the page and the problem. We will answer as soon as possible and, while we fix it, give you the information another way if we can.

8. Applicable law

Spanish law applies. For consumers, the courts of their place of residence have jurisdiction, in line with consumer protection law.
